Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vasko Lh2 India Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient order process for membrane-free electrolyzers and related systems. To maintain the highest standards of production and delivery, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. No Cancellations or Modifications After Payment
   Once payment has been received and an invoice has been issued, the ordered materials cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged. This ensures that we can meet the agreed-upon delivery schedules and production commitments.
2. Refund Eligibility
   A refund of up to 50% of the ex-factory price may be granted, but only under the following conditions:
   • The request for a refund must be made no later than the agreed delivery date.
   • The refund will only cover 50% of the factory price and will exclude any shipping, logistics, or other fees.
3. Non-refundable Items
   • Any customized products or materials are non-refundable.
   • Once the product is dispatched from our factory, no refunds will be processed.
4. Refund Processing
   Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
