Vasko Lh2 India is pleased to offer membrane-free electrolyzers in two standard sizes: 1 MW and 5 MW, tailored for high-efficiency and long-lasting industrial hydrogen production.
Delivery Timelines
- 1 MW Membrane-Free Electrolyzer: Once received the order manufacturing duration 6 months after that delivery time 10 - 15 days.
- 5 MW Membrane-Free Electrolyzer: Once received the order manufacturing duration 7 months after that delivery time 10 - 15 days.
While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delivery is subject to manufacturing schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment 10%, after 3 months of order 30% and balance 60% during delivery.
- Payments can be securely processed through our website using international gateways. Full payment is required, or 40% can be paid in advance, with the balance due upon delivery.
- Orders will only be confirmed once payment is received in full.

Guarantees and Warranties
We offer robust guarantees to ensure customer confidence:
- Material Failure Guarantee:
- A one-year guarantee covering material defects. Any such failures will be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
- 15-Year Warranty:
- A 15-year warranty is provided, covering the performance and reliability of the electrolyzers. This excludes consumable parts and is conditional upon regular maintenance according to our guidelines.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and travel expenses for engineers required for repairs or maintenance. Vasko Lh2 will coordinate any necessary services promptly.
- Handling and Operational Damage:
- Any damage caused by improper handling or operation is the buyer’s responsibility. Our technical support team can assist with repairs, with additional costs covering labor, parts, and services.
Shipping and Logistics
- All orders are shipped on an ex-factory basis, meaning the buyer is responsible for coordinating and covering shipment and delivery costs.
- We will assist with customs clearance and provide guidance to ensure smooth shipping.

- Our technical support and customer service teams are available to assist with any issues during and beyond the warranty period.
